TPC Grows with a 60,000-Square Foot Expansion

More Space, More Capabilities

A full century in business has seen TPC through an incredible amount of growth. That growth continues with a sizable addition to our already expansive, 150,000-square foot physical footprint. The recently completed 60,000-square-foot addition houses our rigid box division, digital enhancement fulfillment services, and specialty packaging production. 

Reflecting on a hundred years of achievements, Hilda Murray, Executive VP and third generation owner, remains focused on the future. “We continue to grow, develop new technologies,” she said, “and never stop thinking forward to the next opportunity.” 

In the past five years, TPC has invested more than $25 million in new technologies as well as this impressive facility expansion. Our new space is dedicated to rigid packaging conversion and our digital and flexo workflows, and the additional square footage allows us to house the specialized equipment necessary to provide these services to our customers. It’s also paved the way for a growing team, opening up as many as 90 more jobs within the company for members of our community.

Our capabilities list has grown with the years as well. In our now 200,000+ square foot facility, we produce our own fully-recyclable metallized substrate with print and holographic registration capability, delivering cutting edge embellishment applications including cast and cure, holography, lenticular effects, digital foil, in-line cold foil, hot stamp foil, silkscreen foil, Polyfree metallized transfer foil, traditional emboss, Scodix, silkscreen, lamination, windowing, and a full line of converting, finishing, and fulfillment applications.
